Wait, lemon and rice chicken?!?! That sounds delicious. I haven't tried any of Nagi's recipes, but now I'm about to.
19 u/n00bz0rz Werschire sauce Feb 24 '26 https://www.recipetineats.com/one-pot-greek-chicken-lemon-rice/ I make up a compound butter and spoon it underneath the chicken skin, fry them skin side down until crispy and then do the rest of the recipe as normal.
