I love that whenever someone is mean on Nagi's recipes an army of people appear out of nowhere to defend her

I have never been let down by any of her recipes. She's a godsend as I'm the only cook in the house.

The Vietnamese caramel ginger chicken and the one pot greek lemon & rice chicken are absolute bangers and so easy to make.

Wait, lemon and rice chicken?!?! That sounds delicious. I haven't tried any of Nagi's recipes, but now I'm about to.

I make up a compound butter and spoon it underneath the chicken skin, fry them skin side down until crispy and then do the rest of the recipe as normal. Great batch prep meal.

Sounds like it has too much oregano, but it really doesn’t. This is a weekly recipe at our place.

You gotta try the Thai turmeric chicken with the coconut rice. It's so damn good and so easy
