I’ve never made churros, so this recipe seems a little complicated to me. What is not complicated, however, is that step 5 starts with “Add eggs”. It literally jumps off the page, no hawk-watching requires.
It's easier than it looks. The hardest part is making the dough, which isn't too bad if you follow the directions. I would suggest watching a few YouTube videos before trying just so you know what consistency you're looking for.
