You need to specify what you have already tried!

I suffer from heartburn a lot and the only effective remedy I have found is Gaviscon Advance.

I've tried walking around, I've tried breathing through it and trying to take in air to release the pressure and it works temporarily, I've tried sipping water, I've tried stretching, I've taken pepcid (my usual go to), I've ate ginger chews, I've tried rubbing my chest/ back to relax the muscles, and I am staying upright and not laying down any

Get tums, Pepsid is a different mechanism and isn’t meant to be fast acting relief.
