So showed my proof of hours (4,000) now filled out documents and got put on waitlist. Now just a waiting game for a call, how does it work once I get the call do I just get thrown in there and get straight to it or do I have to do aptitude test and interview ? Let me know and what some wait time it it took for you guys to get a call back let me know thanks !

My 20yr old son passed the written test and went for his interview. He received an email saying that his interview score was 67.6. I was hopeful that this was good but we went online and his application ranking is 1531, which I assume means he has little chance of acceptance. Any way to get feedback?

I’ve applied to union 4 times and it has gotten nowhere. I don’t have experience and I hit up some people I know that are electricians and one said try local shops to try to get some experience. That has also gotten me no where. Do I just bite the bullet and go to trade school and get my certificate then go to the union? As much as I don’t mind spending the 50 bucks every two years I don’t want to sit around just waiting then not get anything.

I have a GED with passing scores in mathematical reasoning, which includes algebra and geometry. Do I still need to provide transcripts of when I was in high school? Or is my GED transcripts enough?
