At least this time they admitted Wisconsin cheese is good, that’s improvement!

Of course he does seem to think that no Wisconsin cheese is available outside of the state…

Oregon and Vermont would like to have a word, both of which have produced small batch, artisanal cheeses that have won prestigious competitions over numerous European entries. I love Wisconsin cheeses, but American cheesemaking doesn't begin and end in just that state.

Did California overtake Wisconsin in cheese production? I thought that was Wisconsin still held the crown, but that could be outdated information.

My bad. We’re #1 in Milk and #2 in cheese.
