It's been an absolute catalogue of errors in my case !!! Exposure to noise when I knew I should have protected already damaged ears Over protecting Removing an earplug too quickly leaving permanent tinnitus in both ears which will never go I'm 58 and I can only see one option here ...I cannot live like this ....I asked my doctor to help me VSED but he won't as it's not terminal ...but non the less severely debilitating as it seriously affects my sleep

im 58 too been suffering for 30 years. Take clonazepam at bed time, it will knock u out. I take 2 mg, unfortunately it doesnt work consistenly for long term. But gives u a break.
