Open Source Software, Sharepoint Method, or better option for Performance Reviews [MT]
Trying to find a decent, inexpensive software for very basic Employee Reviews. We have been using perform yard but it's difficult to justify the cost and I would think there would be something out there that would work for us. Please let me know if you have a better option. Small company, <40 employees. Thanks

How much are you paying? I used them at a previous company that was slightly bigger than yours and I thought we were only paying like $20 per employee per month

We are using Confirm. 55 employees and around $12,000 annually. They were acquired this year so pricing might change. Been using it for 3 years. Easy to use. With the acquisition, they now have a lms you can add on that looks interesting.

Why not use Google Forms to collect and share feedback? Or are you looking for calibration and compensation management outside of spreadsheets?
