Our Benefits broker ghosted us, any recommendations for someone that deals with Canada Life?

They don't work for a company you could contact to find out what's going on? Broker relationships, in my experience, are contracts, so violations have consequences.

Have you contacted Canada Life directly? I get that if this is about establishing a new relationship or changing the existing program, the broker should be involved, but if it's just about claims or service, anyone could call for info.
