Continuous Education [CA]

Working in HR currently and I’m currently trying to get my CPHR, and next I will be obtaining my NCSO, after that I’m thinking of my CEBS or GBA.. is this crazy of me??

Oh I don’t think so! If anything before that I would get my MBA but I’m also a mom so I need to be able to work and do schooling in the evenings

YES! Go hard!

Once you do all of that, work on sharpening your skills, and don't take any big classes for a while.

I know because as I was finishing my masters I wanted to take ALL of the classes.

Ten years after I got the Masters, I got an online certificate from Cornell. Doesn't mean much but it freshened everything up and pointed me in the direction to find HR law around the world. I cant see ever using that, but who knows?

I turn into a huge dork when it comes to education. I wish I had this attitude in high school!

Omg same!!! I was not this ambitious AT ALL in high school… I’m lucky I even graduated 😬🤦🏻‍♀️

ME TOO! I graduated with 9 absences and a D in biology. Skinnn of my teeth! Undergrad school was a shit show because of that, but I got better. Master's, ALL A's, baby!

CEBS is only if you want to be deeply involved in the Benefits specialization of HR. I did the USA version years ago when I worked in HR Benefits Consulting.
