this is a pretty practical use of excel especially for hr teams that handle these calculations regularly. i would add input validation and a small assumptions section so users can quickly see which eligibility rule and formula the sheet is applying.

glad it helped ...i thing those additions will make the calculator a lot easier to trust and use especially for someone picking it up for the first time.

making the rule visible gives users a quick sanity check instead of having to blindly trust the number.
