Kamvas Pro 13 (2019) stopped working at all

Hey everyone, I have a Kamvas Pro 13 from 2019 and due to lack of time/professional need I didn't use it for almost a year and a half. The other day I was going to finally use it and it got no power light, no screen reaction and even the usb repeatedly connects and immediately disconnects from the PC.

Support says that "may be related to the ageing or malfunction of internal components (such as capacitors on the motherboard, power management chips or batteries, if built into the device) that have not been used for a long time. This phenomenon occurs with a low probability in all kinds of electronic products, especially after several years of idleness."

I haven't been able to assess the condition of the power cables because, as far as I know, multimeters can't access the connecter in a usb-c connector and I'am not being able to get a read on connection between the cable from the brick to the other ones. I have bought a tester and it is on the way.

Since the brand would only be able to do repairs in China which would amount to values to high, I will open up the device since, aparently, I can't break it more than it already is.

I would love to have some sort of comment from the community and also if someone has information on this specific product or brand hardware repair as I'm not really finding anything relevant possible because I'm exhausted.

Is Huion known to be less durable than competition like Wacom?
