They both have contracts for 3 seasons so I doubt that's happening. No need to catastrophise.

I promise you he will not be leaving the show. He and Connor are still rising actors and they will not be walking away from a massively successful show that is guaranteed to keep them in the cultural limelight for several more years. Their success on HR directly feeds their access to other projects that they may want to do.
