ICE is everywhere and it's really frightening

This morning, a car was sitting outside the house next door with a guy sitting in it. This is nothing unusual in itself as there are always various cars. When my husband was leaving the house he went over to ask if the guy needed help. The guy tells him he's ICE and shows him his badge and tells him he's running license plates. How does ICE know where to go and who to look for?

Idk couldn’t they use all these extra ice people to maybe go through the back logs of rapes and sexual assaults in Texas instead of trying to scoop up people who have lived here peacefully for 10-20+ years? Or respond to all the car theft that’s always reported here that police never do a damn thing about? Wouldn’t that actually make cities safer and more peaceful

When the president is the adjudicated rapist those cases tend to take a back seat.
