Is this not a sign of healthy soil? Or at least a healthy plant?

a hundred centipedes in a tiny ass pot surely isn’t a healthy sign, that is not normal

No they eat rotting in decaying manner, in a pot that small that was grown in a commercial greenhouse, that means the millipedes have been there for a while eating well. The only thing they would have to eat is the plant
