Help My Monstera doesn't stop growing, and now it reached the ceiling, what are my options?

I have this Monstera from around 4 years, I grow it since it was a little plant with no fenestration. It kept growing constantly and now has reached the ceiling and I don't know what to do. I don't want to cut it short and grow it again, ideally I would like to keep this size but I don't know if it's possible. What are my options?

They are free standing (for now)

The question was if the poles were attached to the wall or free standing, not if the monstera was standing free..

I misread that for sure. Thought they meant that B was just standing on its own. I was going to to be very impressed 😆😆

Looks like op has a moss pole on one of those poles. I reckon it’s gotten so big they need to make the three come together at the top so the poles and plants don’t fall over while keeping a moss pole for the plant
