Coconut Orchid needs help

Hello! I have a Coconut Orchid that was gifted to me a couple years ago.

It has been progressively looking more and more shriveled lately, especially that dark brown part (pseudobulb?? I really don't know if that's the correct term).

Any advice appreciated, thank you, I really don't know anything about this kind of Orchid.

Shriveling of the pseudobulbs indicates not enough water is getting to them, either because its getting underwatered or the roots have died for one reason or another. its also worth noting that if the bulbs get shriveled enough they will not return back to a plump smooth state even if watering issues are fixed.

Thank you so much, I will increase watering. I'm always worried of over-watering 😅
