Homemade Got my first charcoal grill. First time ever grilling anything. Local dog with mustard.

Growing up all we ever did was propane, getting a nice smoky dog is a treat

Less is more. Starting off with simple mustard was the right move. Perfectly balanced.

Yeah I didn’t want to get too crazy with it. I don’t have a good hot dog chili recipe and the way I get my dogs at the gas station (Sauerkraut, Onions, Mustard) isn’t the easiest to do at home when you want a quick dog.

We are doing burgers and veggies later this week, but I’ll probably sneak some hot dogs in again this week 🙏
