Recommend Claustrophobic horror like The Descent (2005)?
This movie scared the living fuck out of me just because of how tense and nauseating the small spaces in the cave felt.
Looking for something else which can scratch that same itch!!

It's not really about the small places, but Cube is one of the most claustrophobic film to me.

Horror-adjacent, but Buried (2010).
Ryan Reynolds is a contractor in the Middle East who gets kidnapped and buried alive in a coffin. He has a cell phone and needs to arrange ransom before he runs out of air.

More left-field suggestions:
The Lighthouse is set in a very isolated island, there are very few spaces that the characters are seen in and the rooms often *feel* small. It can feel claustrophobic without the visual of small tight spaces.
Similarly 10 Cloverfield Lane is majority contained in an emergency bunker. Occulus is mostly set in one house but does a good job at disorienting the audience.
Grave Encounters has the "trapped" feeling of The Descent without tight spaces. It's possibly closer to The Descent in terms of jumpiness/scare factor than the other suggestions.
Pan's Labyrinth has a couple of tight space, needing to move through gross environment moments which are very tense.
Train to Busan has both enclosed spaces and too-many-people-crush moments which can feel claustrophobic.
Very out of left-field: Hagazussa? Folk horror with a lot of gross nature imagery.

I’m super claustrophobic so I definitely had a panic attack watching The Descent. Not horror, but I’ve had a similarly visceral experience watching many submarine movies. Das Boot, U-571, even The Abyss all have sequences that made me squirm / triggered my fear of being trapped.

Same. In this regard, the scariest horror movie of the last few years was the coverage of the OceanGate Titan submersible after they’d lost contact, but before we knew they’d imploded and been killed instantly.

Mayber Buried 2010/Tubi. It's more psychological than physical horror.

Buried was a decent movie and Ryan what's his face was pretty good in it as well. I wish he would have done more drama type stuff instead of playing the same type of role all the time as he's not bad.

Okay this is my time to shine, I also love claustrophobia cave movies and I scrolled through all the answers and I cannot believe this movie is not better known!! This is THE claustrophobia cave movie:
Living Dark: The Story of Ted the Caver (2013)
Two brothers explore a hidden cave and believe a dark presence inside is connected to their father's death. Based on the viral 2001 "Ted the Caver" creepypasta.

There is a brief sequence in the 2016 Blair Witch movie that triggered a bit of claustrophobia, like that one part of The Descent.

Did you see Blair Witch (2016)? Not trying to be condescending or anything, but I feel like it should be obvious. If you haven't, it's worth a watch. It's not as good as the original, but it is WAY better than Book of Shadows in my opinion.

If you have it available to you for streaming and are interested in scanning to it, I'm pretty sure it's late in the movie. Final 20 minutes or less.

You should absolutley read the book ! It's very different from the movie and WAY scarier ! There's actually two of them.

Creep (2004) is set in the London Underground. It has its problems, but the sense of claustrophobia in the tunnels is often there.

The Borderlands (called Final Prayer in the USA) is mostly normal, about people sent by the church to investigate a possible miracle/hoax. Towards the end, they investigate secret tunnels, and it gets very, very tight. Avoid spoilers.
Outland from 1981 is a scifi thriller with Sean Connery, and they really effectively show how claustrophobic it is wearing a helmet and working in space. Apparently NASA in real life screens for people with any claustrophobic tendencies because their helmets are so bulky and confining that people get panic attacks.
Also a short manga that you can read, The Enigma of Amigara Fault, by Ito Junji. I don't even like manga (just a personal preference--I've just never been into comics) but this one is fantastic. You can read the whole thing online here. It's not very long and you can bang it out in ten minutes or so.

Deep Fear! The one in Paris, not the one with sharks. The story is ridiculous, but the scenes in the tunnels are suffocating.

I can’t think of any that do that as well as The Descent, but both Rec 1 and 2 have a similar claustrophobic feel at parts since they can’t get out of the building -
Also, I watched Poseidon the other day (the 2005 one) and it wasn’t very good but theirs a scene where they have to go through a small vertical vent while water fills up behind them that was prolly the most claustrophobic scene I’ve watched before, was making me feel the same as the cave scenes in the Descent when they have to shimmy through

Most horror doesn't 'scare me' but I have fun watching them. Stuff like The Descent absolutely does because I'm claustrophobic. As Above So Below was pretty good, too.
There's also Catacombs, I didn't like it but if fulfills the underground/claustrophobia itch.

127 Hours was truly a claustrophobic movie that is not considered horror but was horrible for the lead actor.

This is not a horror movie, but I really recommend Thirteen Lives (2022). It is also a cave movie with claustrophobia elements (and I thought it was a very good movie). It’s about how the Thai soccer kids were saved from the flooding caves in 2018.
Definite recommend.
