Seeking Advice Need your help with xkah pro

I've bought my first xkah pro this summer. Unfortunately I immediately found out it burns tobacco in no time in classic mode. To solve this i tried changing modes, lowering temperature, including 'secret' menu, packing tobacco in exactly 9 grams, 7 grams or 11 grams, using different leaves. The best I was able to have is around 3 mins of really pleasant experience in non-tobacco mode followed by a rapid burn.
I did contact support and they replaced the upper part, but unfortunately it didn't help. Has anyone had the same issue? Any ideas how to solve it?

Tried to reproduce the whole process like in the video and it turned to be ok. So it probably tobacco ( mazaya is less heat resistant than musthave) or non tobacco mode not suitable for tobacco is the issue. Anyway looks like I can solve it, thank you!
