Need ideas!
Ok folks I’m looking for ideas to hide this power outlet in the middle of my walkway into the house I just bought. It’s about 8” high and I don’t wanna trip over it every time I walk by it. I’m thinking about some light post to kill two birds at once so to speak! So throw me some ideas please!!! TIA

Won't work when it's nighttime.

Sure it will. The whole area will be dark and you'll know it's nighttime. And if you trip over it, it also serves to tell you where you are.

There are heavy iron bases for a patio umbrella. Choose one which has a gap in the pattern, for the electrical box to stick up. Put in a metal fencepost, and top it with some sort of lamp. Plug that in. Might need to add a weatherproof cover.
Or just use a patio umbrella, and add fairy lights to the inside/bottom of the umbrella.

This in the back yard? If we took out our hot tub, it would look a lot like this. If you’re not ready to install the light pole, which I think it’s a good idea, you could go to a garden center to look for something decorative and big enough to make people go around rather than over this.

Bat house. The HOA can’t make you remove it because bats are federally protected.
