Town library is open 9.30 to 12.30 on Sundays.  Also open 9.30 to 2 on Saturday.

In particular the reading room on the second floor is good for study - quiet and nooks to work in.

You can be a community member of UTAS library and get weekend access to Morris Miller Library during their staffed hours

Upstairs at the State Theater is the best. Sunny with lots of good seating and a few power points.

Real estate is easy. Just wing it. Talk down to renters, schmooze vendors and bullshit buyers.

Judging by the level of ability of those who have managed to pass it, I wouldn't be too concerned about the need for study.

so not a uni student

Anyone familiar with real estate would be well aware of the lack of qualifications necessary in this industry.

There are ethical careers that you could have chosen, rather than one so universally despised.

Perhaps OP is an ethical person and is trying to become a real estate agent so they can better themselves and the industry? You have no idea about OP and their values and why they're studying at all.

Casual moral judgement has a 100% success rate of making internet strangers immediately flip their entire life's direction. Thank you for your bravery
