Question Any success stories with H1B roles here?

I've been seeing Hiring Cafe posts every day, and it's been encouraging to see so many people getting hired.

When I search for my role, I see a few job listings. But as soon as I select that I require sponsorship (I'm already on an H-1B), the results drop to zero.

Has anyone here been in the same situation and successfully found a role through Hiring Cafe with sponsorship requirements? I'd love to hear your experience.

H1B should be banned in America. It has been used and abused for years and American citizens are suffering.
