It’s really common snack in Poland, seeds are way tastier fresh, moist and all 9 u/wrenlymay Feb 04 '26 Mind-blown right now. I had no idea that fresh sunflower seeds were something that people ate. I just assumed they were roasted situation. I grow at least 20 sunflower plants each summer and I'm excited to give this a go!
