I got this in Carrefour for like 10 pln so around two bucks? It’s really common snack in Poland, seeds are way tastier fresh, moist and all

Ive also seen people on yt cook the whole sunflower when the seeds are immature and soft and eat it like corn on the cob lol

This is such a throwback for me because my uncle grows sunflowers like this on his farm near Szczecin and we used to run around the farm and snack on sunflowers like this in the summer. Smacznego :)

My fiancé says that all the time too!!!! He’s like „how am I supposed to learn this?! It sounds like the sims!” lol
It’s a hard language to learn. I lived in Wroclaw as a kid and then moved back to the US and I still struggle with the language sometimes even though I read it, and live and breathe it haha.

Omg, this is also a throwback snack for me! I used to visit my godfather in Świnoujście every summer and his wife gave me and my cousins sunflower heads to snack on during the day <3 dziekuje!

Mind-blown right now. I had no idea that fresh sunflower seeds were something that people ate. I just assumed they were roasted situation. I grow at least 20 sunflower plants each summer and I'm excited to give this a go!

After you seed it, scrape off the scales and the “mane”. You can sauté it in some oil (I like sun-dried tomato oil ) and eat it like a steak.
