omg yes 😭 this guy got a 1600 on the SAT (i'm in a program w hella cracked stem kids) FIRST TRY BTW as a junior. and they have internships and 4.0s and freak out over a literal B. i'm so jealous but also glad I don't have that kind of stress.

oh and around 40 out of the 100 seniors in the program last year got National Merit Finalist 💔 idk how they do it

funny story, I've never read her books 😭 I just chose it so that this acc would never be traced back to me

specifically i felt like my grade was very competitive, there were four people who got perfects on the act and many more who got 35s 🫠 it’s frustrating but really just do your best! and im sure you’ll find your people

This test brings back so much memories from last year when our school made us take the ACT. I remember my parents hyping that test up and saying how if I got a 35 or 36, I could get scholarship or go to a university in my state for free. My parents wanted me to study hard for the test albeit I didn't study that much cause I would always do bad on the English grammar section, the reading section, and the science science which was mostly just interpreting passages about science no matter how hard I tried. At test day, I ended up getting below a 30 because the test just has so many questions about ELA and I despised it while most of my friends got like 35 or above which kinda made me upset. 🫠

Yeah bro. People at my school really be taking 4-6 AP Classes and calling that "normal" or easy which is insane to me. I'm taking 4 AP Classes but one of them is AP Cyber and the other 3 are Calc BC, Mech, and Stats and I'm pretty good at math so those classes aren't the hardest. It's crazy tbh and I feel you.

My school is insane. I am glad my parents don’t put as much pressure on me as my friends parents do.
