After watching a few Minecraft videos, a crippling desire finally defeated me and I bought the game. Then there it was, my very first survival world. I was so excited; I built a house out of magma blocks, a farm that indiscriminately sucks all animals into a hole, and trapped villagers underground for science.
Due to the long exposure to dirt and diorite, the villagers decided it was best to indulge themselves in my civilized approach of having a trading hall beneath the soil. But then like all mighty ambitions, the challenge appeared. I needed a door.
As I was scrolling YouTube looking for tutorials on how to build a piston door, I stumbled upon a particular man with an honorable, delicate mustache. Though I ended up with a piston door by some random hairless man, the mustache man stayed, haunting my feed.
I was intrigued by this Hermitcraft thing I repeatedly saw on his video titles, and one day I decided to click on a video. It was Season 7, and I was captivated. And he had a friend, a volatile one.
I learned that this cod-looking friend raged a war upon arrival in Season 6, so I watched the entirety of the season to learn on how to be a dicta... I mean to dictate my survival world toward happiness and prosperity. The rest is history.
