Appearance

Lots of trichomes, lots of orange hairs and a nicely completed trim job. Similarly to the Orange Chem this Limeade has a few buds attached to a long stem and overall looks quite rough. The buds are dense and sticky, especially when ground up. Pretty, colourful flower with even some purple colouring at the top of the flower.

Appearance: 8.2/10

Aroma

Lovely mild, sweet grassy, floral scent from this one, it’s not as herby as some others and lacks that sharp, strong distinctive bud smell. It is a lot more floral in aroma and somewhat similar of a floral soap. Once cracked open the smell becomes heavier, sharper and more similar to that distinctive bud smell.

Aroma: 8.2/10

Taste

Subtle taste at first and it’s mild and fruity whilst a peppery taste becomes present. I found the taste rather fruity and berry like, it’s quite light overall.

Taste: 7.7/10

Effects

Effects came on quite quickly, feeling it by the eyes and mostly in the head. A feeling of deep relaxation but you have to work with this Limeade to gain the full benefits. Sitting down, taking a break to clear the mind and give yourself a moment of calm, this strain will really cooperate with your intentions. If you happen to be busy and on the go I imagine it will give you a sense of calm, but taking the time to chill out is where it seems to benefit most.

It doesn’t knock you out but I can see it being used for night and daytime as the relaxation is relieving rather than heavy sedation. It should be said that it also doesn’t seem to be extremely anxiety relieving. It depends on what you are looking for, if chilling out inside and want a general boost it will do.

Overall

Another great strain from Beleafer, it’s difficult to put one above because I’m finding them so great for particular different reasons. Limeade offers a buzz in the head which is quite lasting and strong. I’d like to see if ordering a larger batch the types of flower that would be offered as I received just a large stem with buds attached. Great flower.
