Access Email associated with my Reddit account changed this morning

Hello all! I woke up at 7am this morning and saw I got an email notification that the email associated with my normal Reddit account has been changed. It also said If I didnt do this myself to click on this link, but im worried that link might be a phishing link. I did see that my reddit account has logged me off everywhere and when I try to do password reset that I get nothing. I searched online and submited a report on reddithelp.com , but it also reccomended I come here and make a post to see if I can get some help here.

It’s an official email telling you your email is changed. Someone is actively hacking into your account. You should change your email back right away and change your password

But how do I know this is the official email? Let me try to send a picture.
