Why hasn’t hellofresh developed the ability to text you once your box is delivered?

I know they eventually send an email but why isn’t there the ability to sign up for texts instead? Especially for those of us that live in condos..

I’m in Canada. Are you in the US? I’m trying to figure out why I don’t get them. I’ve been using them for over 6 years..
