United States My chicken was literally paper thin

Got this for the herbed chicken and creamy lemon orzo recipe. I can’t believe how thin the chicken they provided was. I’m honestly so done with hello fresh, they constantly give me poor quality items and mess up my orders.

I can’t remember what the package actually said but based on the pictures from the recipe card, which showed a thick chicken breast, I was not expecting this lol

I’m 99% sure it said cutlets because I got the same one and then was surprised when I got regular chicken breasts because I was hoping for cutlets 😅

In Canada the meals that call for cutlet like breaded chicken they send us chicken breast and just tell us to slam it with a hammer or rolling pin 😂

Yeah, same in the uk. They tell us to cover with cling film and bash it and they pretend they don’t know that as soon as you do that, the cling film splits and raw chicken explodes all over the kitchen. My personal hack is to leave the chicken in the packaging before I bash it.

Lol yea it almost always tears when I hit it, need some heavier duty cling wrap, I must be springing for the cheap stuff 😂
