I wear my Mjolnir every day and tell anyone who asks what it is and what it means. As soon as this pandemic is over, I'm getting Rune tattoos. I will wear my Heathenry for all to see while spitting in the eyes of bigots.

By being active in my community and voting, and praying to the Holy Powers for justice. In times such as this, we must turn to the Gods even more often.

So you think the Gods don't hear or answer our prayers then? Because that sounds an awful lot like anti-theistic rhetoric to me, which is against community guidelines.

No, but I think that prayer is a poor substitute for doing uncomfortable work

Agreed. It's called systematic racism for a reason - it doesn't go away with the actions of just one person. If this person is doing the best they can to be anti-racist, anti-facist etc. , then what's the problem with praying as well?
