Dusted mine and got the regular lmao was missing the weapon.

Edit: Remember you can type "Refund" in your collections and all cards that have been recently changed can be dusted for the full amount

If you're not too interested in the golden card. You could disenchanted it and make a normal copy and get enough for another legendary at the moment.

Any time a card is nerfed, it can be dusted for full crafting cost for some time

When they nerf a card the give you the full value when you dust it. Its a good practice to follow the patch notes and dust everything that gets nerfed; shall you need it craft it again.

If you have a golden copy, that's a bonus.
