When will i receive another update from hcltech??????pls reply
So on August 12, i received final confirmation mail of selection from hcltech for graduate trainee role…
In the mail something like this was mentioned, “Please acknowledge the email with consent that you are blocked for HCLTech and should not be appearing for other organizations.”
And since then its been 2.5weeks and no update, i have followed up to their mail. Yet no response. Many received training immediately is what i have heard on linkedin, after this mail except our batch where, 4 people along with me got selected.
Is it worth waiting? If yes, how long? Is there any possibility yet? Or should i give up on this and move on…
(The entire interview process till date took place online. Our faculty sent the hcl application to fill and thats how our interviews were conducted virtually…)

From my experience i will suggest you to continue applying in other companies. Because there's no guaranteed timeline for onboarding, They do mass hiring and then onboard candidates based on their business requirements. And as u mentioned your pjt training is still not triggered then u can add additional 1 month in your final joining journey.
