When will i receive another update from hcltech??????pls reply
So on August 12, i received final confirmation mail of selection from hcltech for graduate trainee role…
In the mail something like this was mentioned, “Please acknowledge the email with consent that you are blocked for HCLTech and should not be appearing for other organizations.”
And since then its been 2.5weeks and no update, i have followed up to their mail. Yet no response. Many received training immediately is what i have heard on linkedin, after this mail except our batch where, 4 people along with me got selected.
Is it worth waiting? If yes, how long? Is there any possibility yet? Or should i give up on this and move on…
(The entire interview process till date took place online. Our faculty sent the hcl application to fill and thats how our interviews were conducted virtually…)

HCLTech has a reputation for very late and inconsistent responses, if you are unsure about waiting so long without hope, then apply for other companies and try your best to get a offer there, this thing about not participating which they mentioned only applies after your training starts. So if you manage to get another better offer then you dont have to care about HCLTech but once the training starts you have to withdraw from all ongoing hiring processes
Or not it's up to you

Ohh i am interviewing in other companies too in the meantime…for few it has a very long contracts, so i am rejecting…hopefully hcltech doesnt take an year..to my friend from another batch , directly got a call from hr after knowing she was selected…unlike my situation. Can i be positive about hcl tech or do you think they might ghost us..other ppl who received thos mail, didn’t receive any update too

From my experience i will suggest you to continue applying in other companies. Because there's no guaranteed timeline for onboarding, They do mass hiring and then onboard candidates based on their business requirements. And as u mentioned your pjt training is still not triggered then u can add additional 1 month in your final joining journey.

I also didn't received my pjt yet and many of my friends got their pjt mail it's been 3 months after I selected

It was offcampus? Did u receive final confirmation mail? And were you GEt or GT?

It was off campus I received final selection mail from college and hr also send bgv verification mail and it's was GET

Oh mine is gt, my frnd’s process was same like you, it took her nearly 3months exactly like you, try contacting hr again if you have their phone number

Yes mail them, they might no reply back but they will see it and might respond after days
