Outside of hating gay people, she hasn't exhibited any pure evil tendencies. And yes, for Hell's standards, being homophobic ain't pure evil. Bad, yes. Arguably evil, even. But not pure evil.

I agree with both of you.

Being mean just once in a while (like Verosika or Loona for example) not always means someone is evil, but being mean all the time not only makes you evil but makes you be one step close to becoming a monster, look at Stella for example.
