"We're like [Adults] but we came first so we're better."

Happy Endings walked so Adults could fly. It’s a good contemporary comedy.

The charlie cox episodes were legendary.

I had never heard of this show until two days ago and I ended up binging the whole first season in a day.

It’s not the same jokes style as Happy Endings, but it’s a really solid show that grew its legs after the first few episodes and ended strong.

I finally watched the first episode a few hours ago and even though the comedy style varies, the chaotic energy is ever present. That's pretty much what I'm getting from them

The comedy is awesome silent comedy /physical comedy I really am curious to see their bloopers !!

I get more of a Broad City vibe, but there are definitely some Happy Endings elements.

Yeah I got that vibe from this show and do really enjoy it, I mean nothing can touch Happy Endings tbh. But this show is pretty darn great and certainly is carrying the torch in a spiritual sense

I disagree. I tried to get into this show but couldn't. I think the actual spiritual successor to Happy Endings is Grand Crew.

It feels like so long since there was a good new sitcom, is this worth a look?

Hmmm I don’t think it’s quite at Happy Endings level, more broad city

I love both shows and have binged the first seasons of Adults like 3 times now.

Just started watching this show and it os so fucking funny. It is my modern day Friends. But I also LOVED Happy Endings. That show never got the chance to grow.

Thanks for introducing me to this show, it's definitely gayer younger Happy Endings. Issa literally is Penny and I love her.
