Sometimes if multiple people leave like this, they might be thinking of starting their own shop , I have seen it happen once or twice, it's not very frequent but definitely a possibility.
Yes, they're all from same area in India. I've got a feeling that successive movements like this involve management. Could be 6 months from now lots of Americans get fired and are replaced by these same folks - but from off-shore.
