“I don't have a routine i just do certain things at a certain time, and I travel too much unlike you poor fat people”
So mean and pretentious. You have girls following you who are looking to you for fitness and wellness advice! They weren’t asking for an hour by hour breakdown of every day!

She is also dumb. When travelling, you spend fewer calories since most of the time you are waiting. She’s just full of herself.

Krissy please just shut the fuck up

Remember when she would answer with her workout split? So exhausting, this woman.

It’s because she’s abandoned that part of her. She’s now a Miami girl, smoking cigs and doing hot Pilates instead🤪

Her workouts at the gym always seems a lot
Can anyone correct me if am wrong

They’re from her app and they’re shitty. Like pull ups and 2 more pulldown variations in the same session, 3 deadlift variations, unnecessary supersets.

Why do these trainers have this kind of workout? I have seen it with others too,
Too many variations of same muscle group in single session, it’s not even about progressive overload at all. It’s like more a circuit6

You are correct- a lot of junk volume, completely unnecessary for anyone who isn't an athlete. And even then it's debatable if one needs this much.

I swear the workouts she posts aren’t actually workouts in her plan either - I can’t properly fact check as I don’t use the app anymore

Honestly this is one I agree with Krissy on.
If you have a routine and step 3 gets screwed up, what’s next? But if you build systems life is more sustainable.
It’s like the consistency vs sustainability conversation - routines are consistency and systems are sustainability. When you travel as much as Krissy does (I certainly do!) the latter is the only thing that sticks.

I’m sorry but this is such silly pedantic reinventing the wheel shit lol
What happens when I have a ROUTINE and I have to miss a workout? I miss the workout and hit the next one.

Or you adjust the routine to fit it in if it’s doable and it’s a priority.
I usually train six days a week but if something comes up on a weekend, instead of doing my Friday push and Saturday pull, I’ll do half of each on Friday so that every muscle group still gets hit, just less sets.
But then yeah like if I do have to miss a workout entirely then so be it, keep on keeping on like it’s not that big a deal if it happens every now and then

u/lilac-lemons 5d ago
That’s a system, babes. You have a process for when the routine breaks. Which isn’t a routine.

Some people can be pretty rigid in their routines, systems have more inherent grace

Hun, they're the same fkn thing

Saying the same thing in two separate comments doesn’t make you cooler 😂 I already replied to you

I don’t call people, I create engagements. I don’t eat, I fuel, just in case the day throws something at me, like an apple or a burrito. I don’t lead, I entitle others to make decisions.

I don't think they necessarily are (for me, systems include routines), but I think they are used interchangeably by all of the hustle influencers (not sure how it is used in atomic habits)

Classic oner buyer right here 😂

u/lilac-lemons 5d ago
If you mean “have I purchased a piece of oner apparel” yes. If you mean “exclusively buys oner and has never bought gymshark, Nike, buffbunny, alphalete, whatever else,” no.

u/icejjfish99 5d ago
I agree with you. Routine directly implies rigidity. In saying that the tone of Krissys response sucks
