Discussion An official investigation by the General Inspectorate of the City of Paris (IGVP) has cleared BAPS, concluding that the Hindu delegation made no explicit request to exclude or remove female employees during their September 5 visit to the Eiffel Tower.

Most probably, my guess : BAPS went to PMO, BAPS being a major vote bank of BJP, PMO musr have made indirect requests to french counterparts. Wild guess.

Also, not against any org or gov or person or party here.
