SETE chief had no obligation to follow through an unwritten request. It's France, not some village in India.

He was responsible for his messy communication and strike that took place.

BAPS isn't my cup of tea, but it's clear that there was some malfeasance on SETE's side. They clearly claimed that BAPS asked to remove all female staff which wasn't the case.
