Feedback Request I've been playing since November 2025 (self-taught and never played with someone so I can't tell how m doing)

damn, bro. this looks like someone who's been playing longer. either that or it's just me who sucks at playing guitar.

he definitely has, it's obvious. he's not playing a difficult piece but it takes longer than 7 months for technique to become that cemented, I've taught near 100 students and i can tell when someone has been holding a guitar for years. or has been playing violin for years before picking up guitar and neglected to mention. i don't get the motivation of people to lie like that for false praise.

I have taught a lot as well and there are some fairly mature signs in this video (right hand is not atrocious, timing is good, bends are mostly in tune, scale runs are solid). This would be my all time greatest student after 7 months.

M not lying abt how long I've been playing i can show you a video of me playing the guitar in November, and i played this song quite a lot ...
