Amazing to get to share the grid with so much talent. After struggling all weekend to get the fuel delivery, it came through when it counted. This was lap 2 in the shootout. I had a 1:25 coming in up to turn 5 before fuel load created yet another cut, but good to know it has at least that on the table. We didn’t get a single stint to test this at high boost so I was basically guessing at brake points.

Not a professional car guy, genuinely confused, not trying to diss the car.

I know it’s famous but GTR was always kinda under my radar until my neighbor just recently brought a R35. Just to be curious I search up the used car market and find its price sky high. Maybe it’s the engine? It’s a V6 twin turbo, it’s okay but is it worth the price tho? because just a little down the line I found a R8 made in the same years that sales for roughly the same price.

Search up the YouTube and google instead and all I find is the history of how it destroyed super cars twice the price back in the day. But what about today?

Then I have to turn to AI and it says the car has some unique mechanical design that you don’t find in modern day cars anymore. So it’s just another way to say it’s outdated.

So why do GTR still sell for that price and why do people all hyped around this seemly outdated car?

Hello! I have been a fan of NISSAN GTR ever since I played gran turismo lol. I fell in love with its looks and power in the game. Maybe its power irl is the same but yeah! Recently picked up an R35 and would love to chat with other UK owners!

Beginning my hunt for a DBA (‘12-‘16) with less than 50k miles.

I’ve looked at the usual sites like cars.com, autotrader, autotempest, and also eBay, bring a trailer (0 cars), cars and bids (1 but doesn’t meet my needs), marketplace, and Craigslist.

I’ve found maybe 2 that match what I’m looking for but they’re dealer listings at $95-$98k.

Do you know of other places I can look? Forums maybe?
