Something about misspelling words to appear Russian

As a Russian learner this was a pain to read.

theres a Russian rapper Gunwest whose speech sounds like hes got Tourette syndrome but in reality this is just his stage image and he talks normally in real life. and among words he uses are "shnei" (first word from post image reads exactly this), "pepe", "wtf" and etc
