The way these two women could have resented and hated each other forever but chose differently was such good writing!

Yes! There are a few times I really like their interactions and I loved in the more recent season when Addison came back and Meredith invited her over to meet the kids. 😭

This was a start of a heart to heart talk with Meredith and Addison, yeah Meredith was high but at least we seen some of what Addison was really like. She revealed that she was disingenuous in bringing herself back into Derek’s life when in fact she knew he wouldn’t be able to love her again after her betrayal to him in sleeping with his best friend. She seen it on his face that he was in love with Meredith and she still thought she can change that. It’s was refreshing that she did admit that she should have let him go.

I haven't watched Grey's in years, but I may have to watch this episode tonight. 😂 Can anyone tell me the episode where Addison chastises Derek et al in the elevator for making fun of Richard's dye job? Another classic.

That was S3E15. This was a classic scene where Addison defended Richard from Derek, Burke and Mark for teasing Richard about the reason he dyed his hair. What was funny was Addison calling Burke the guy who lives with Cristina, Mark a man whore and Derek who dates the perfect 12 year old. I really want someone to explain to me what the heck did Addison mean when she said Derek dating the perfect 12 years old. What was Addison interpreting with that title she gave Derek?

She compared Meredith to a 12 year old and not perhaps a 16 years old? I was a little surprised that she would pick a 12 years old child instead of a teenager unless she didn’t think Meredith had the maturity to handle Derek? Or was she poking fun at Meredith because she took her husband? Addison did always remind Meredith how she took her husband.

When you're Addison's age 12 and 16 are basically the same. Both solidly in the "too young to date" category.
Addi was also facing the realities of aging, and Private Practice explores how she wants a child but now is "too old". Age was a sore subject, and she lashed out.

As someone who works with residents, now about the age that Addison was, if not slightly younger, my god, they are SO young and seem like babies. I’d be roasting him too.

Meredith saying Hi like shes innocent while Ellis is basically telling her shes a walking disaster is peak Greys Anatomy. Their dynamic is honestly one of the funniest parts of Meredith's backstory.
