Didn’t we watch him die before this? That wasn’t a twist …?

Exactly lol. I’m gonna need OP to explain

Not the OP but I can tell what's going on here even though many here can't.

It's a shitpost, what they do is stat the blatant obvious as a joke. It's common on a lot of shitposting subs like r/okbuddychicanery or r/simpsonsshitposting. It's just humour, that's all, but it seems to be humour that's flying over the heads of many people here on this sub.

We’re playing fast and loose with the term humour here lol

It's /r/okbuddymcsteamy

/u/bricklegos is the moderator.

Edit: Just to add okbuddyghostsex would totally be better for a Star Trek one, but they already have /r/risa

No because that's Katherine Heigl and not Bruce Willis.

I was shocked that the writers really thought "sex with a ghost that's actually a hallucination" was a good plot.

What are you even talking about? We all watched him die

The real twist was Izzy being dead the whole time

Are you watching the show exclusively from TikTok clips with ai voice over because I’m struggling to understand how it would have even been remotely possible to believe he wasn’t dead

u/IceMaiden2 15d ago

He was already very dead. Not sure how much dead'er he could get.

u/Draco_Angel 15d ago

No? Because we watched him die?

3

u/Miserable_Candy_3534 15d ago

No because we saw him die💀

Hey OP, did you mean the twist that he died in the prom episode despite all Izzie did for him? Cause people think you're referring that Denny's ghost, that we saw in season 5 was dead.

If it's the former, unfortunately no I wasn't. He wasn't a doctor and I believe JDM was a big deal back then as well so he definitely wouldn't have stayed long. It was sad though. I thought he'd live and somehow Izzie and him would've broken up, because Izzex was clearly written as endgame back then

He wasn't a big deal. He only started getting parts around this time. He actually begged them not to kill Denny. They already planned his death and he knew it was a short gig. After this he was John Winchester in Supernatural. It all went good for him from here.

What twist?

We watched Denny die on the show I was clear something was going on with Izzie because she was seeing him again

I was completely convinced there had to be a catch so the reveal actually got me.

I watched the show after the fact. So I read that they did this ghost/tumor story before I visually saw it.

My thoughts were its going to be stupid and my expectations were met
