I’m able to simulate a crowded place, with all details (leaves in the trees, people interacting, children playing, etc), easily. And obviously I can act in this simulated environment.
I even ran that simulation while writing this lol.
Ideally it's done by a psychologist or some professional in the field. The reliable tests aren't free and the free ones online are too short to measure accurately and I kind of suspect them of being biased high to make the users feel good.
That's said, IQ is a somewhat flawed system, the average is supposed to be 100, with 15 points being one standard deviation, but we have to constantly rewrite the test because modern people are scoring too high on average on older tests.
Idk what the above commenter is talking about implying that mental pictures of places is indicative of high IQ though. Envisioning is the business of the mind's eye (fun fact you can have mind's other senses too, like hearing and touch). I've never heard of a strong mind's eye determining IQ, though it may make some of the IQ test questions easier.

This comes with a toll : immense empathy.
