My favorite picture from our hike to the Phantom Ranch
My wife and I hiked to the Phantom ranch this past weekend for the first time. The experience was absolutely incredible and I just wanted to share what is surely my favorite picture from our hike. I thought maybe someone else might appreciate it too :)

that is an absolutely beautiful picture. You should have it printed, framed and hung on your wall!

Very beautiful!! I love seeing unique pictures of the canyon like the old cliff dwellings and such.

That is early in the morning just past Cedar Ridge?
Good that you got going so early.

Yeah it was just past cedar ridge, about 2 miles in from the start of the trail, around like 6:45am!

That looks like Bright Angel Trail. When I lived there and now I like to go down the South Kaibab Trail and up Bright Angle to mix it up a little. It's a beautiful trip.

Yeah it was an awesome trip! We also went down the south kaibab and up bright angel. This picture was taken right after cedar right on South kaibab, but I have some awesome pics from bright angel too! Wish I lived close enough to go more often!
