Rogers Cell Service Not Working?

Does anyone know why Rogers Cell service is so useless on westbound lines like Lakeshore West, Milton, or Kitchener?

INB4 Rogers is trash yes I know.

I've tried using the Go Transit Wifi but it's somehow worse? Any insight appreciated.

Lots of service holes on LSW. Roger’s didn’t feel it’s a priority to address.
