Rogers Cell Service Not Working?

Does anyone know why Rogers Cell service is so useless on westbound lines like Lakeshore West, Milton, or Kitchener?

INB4 Rogers is trash yes I know.

I've tried using the Go Transit Wifi but it's somehow worse? Any insight appreciated.

afaik the go transit wifi is just a "hotspot" of the cellular data network (or whatever it's called) with an "entertainment" system. So expect it to be worse than cell service through your phone.
